I have taught hundred’s of real estate professionals a mandatory continuing education course dealing with wildlife management tax valuation (Texas is the only state that allows a tax valuation for managing native Texas wildlife) and have presented wildlife management tax valuation landonwer seminars across the state of Texas. The course addresses how using wildlife management can give a landowner more options for keeping the property taxes low without the cost of buying and raising livestock.
